Post & Delivery

Most pieces are dispatched within 2 days via Australia Post, following their standard delivery schedules. If you need something urgently, just reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Fits & Measurements

Sizing can vary, as our pieces come from all over the world. A "small" in one country may fit like a large elsewhere. Check the estimated S/M/L in each product description for guidance, it’s just an estimate. For precise measurements or fit questions, please contact us and we’ll provide details.

Garment Care & Condition

As second-hand items, some pieces may show minor wear. We do our best to highlight these imperfections in photos or descriptions. While we can’t wash every garment before it finds a new home, each item is carefully inspected, washed if needed, and then steamed and prepared for listing. All garments are checked to ensure they have been previously laundered and cared for appropriately.

Returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Returns are only accepted for gross misdescription, where an item significantly differs from its listing and the discrepancy was not mentioned. Normal signs of wear, scuffs, or marks typical for vintage items do not qualify for a return.

To request a return:

  • Contact zipvintagereseller@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
  • Our team will guide you through the process.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (gross misdescription).
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these criteria.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • If approved, you may choose a refund or an exchange (subject to availability).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • As a small team, processing times may vary, but we aim to respond and resolve returns as quickly as possible.

We take care to provide accurate photos, descriptions, and sizing estimates, but we cannot guarantee a perfect fit or condition beyond what is listed. Minor signs of wear or imperfections are part of the charm and history of vintage and second-hand items.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost items once they are in the care of Australia Post. Prices, stock availability, and shopping costs may change, but we always strive to keep information accurate at the time of purchase.
