Refund policy
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Returns are only accepted for gross misdescription, where an item significantly differs from its listing and the discrepancy was not mentioned. Normal signs of wear, scuffs, or marks typical for vintage items do not qualify for a return. Minor signs of wear or imperfections are part of the charm and history of vintage and second-hand items.
To request a return:
- Contact zipvintagereseller@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
- Our team will guide you through the process.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (gross misdescription).
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these criteria.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- If approved, you may choose a refund or an exchange (subject to availability).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- As a small team, processing times may vary, but we aim to respond and resolve returns as quickly as possible.
