Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. As an independent business, please note that processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods.

We ship all orders via Australia Post standard domestic shipping. Delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and will vary depending on your location within Australia.
Shipping Coverage
At this time, we ship Australia-wide only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking information will be provided when available and sent to the email address associated with your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been dispatched and is in the care of Australia Post, Zip Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we understand how frustrating this can be and will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise with Australia Post.
